Dear guests.
We have defined our protection concept for your personal safety and that of our employees. This is continuously adapted to the recommendations and requirements of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the cantonal guidelines. We would be happy to inform you about our updated COVID house rules . This serves to protect guests and employees.
New: From Friday, October 4th, the pool and restaurant will be closed to external guests. Hotel guests can still eat in our Bündner Stübli and use the wellness area. The bath is temporarily closed.
MASKS are required in the public areas of the Hotel Bad Serneus. The general mask requirement is lifted as soon as you are seated at a table. If necessary, you can get protective masks at the reception.
Please clean and disinfect your hands every time you enter the hotel. There are enough disinfection stations available.
