Covid-19 measures

Dear guests.

We have defined our protection concept for your personal safety and that of our employees. This is continuously adapted to the recommendations and requirements of the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) and the cantonal guidelines. We would be happy to inform you about our updated COVID house rules . This serves to protect guests and employees.

• New: From Friday, October 4th, the pool and restaurant will be closed to external guests. Hotel guests can still eat in our Bündner Stübli and use the wellness area. The bath is temporarily closed.
• MASKS are required in the public areas of the Hotel Bad Serneus. The general mask requirement is lifted as soon as you are seated at a table. If necessary, you can get protective masks at the reception.
• Please clean and disinfect your hands every time you enter the hotel. There are enough disinfection stations available.
• Please keep a distance of 2 meters from other people. This also applies to the tables.
• All of our employees have been trained and informed about the respective protection concept for their area of activity.
• Disinfectants are available at entrances and exits as well as at other locations
• All handles, railings, etc. are regularly disinfected
• Our maids work with disposable gloves, which are used once per room.
• We ask you to strictly follow all hygiene regulations and to maintain social distance.
• There should not be more than four people at the breakfast buffet at the same time.
• In the dining restaurant, the tables are arranged in such a way that the prescribed distance is maintained. Please understand. The envelope of the card is disinfected after each use.
• Please disinfect your hands before reading newspapers or books from our library.
• You are welcome to take books from the library, please leave them on the table afterwards so that we can disinfect the cover.
• We can only serve you when you are seated
• After each guest, the table is disinfected or a new tablecloth is set.
• The employees clean and disinfect their hands after each clearing
• If you would like a mask, please contact the reception.
• We ask you to refrain from visiting if you have symptoms that indicate a respiratory disease or if you have a severe cold. If necessary, we can provide you with a clinical thermometer.

• In the entrance areas of closed rooms (library, fireplace hall, TV room, etc.), adhere to the maximum number of people permitted and follow the instructions of our employees. Please also adhere to the distance rules here.
• Wash / disinfect your hands regularly. If possible, do not touch any foreign objects or disinfect your hands afterwards.
• In our localities, consumption may only be consumed while sitting . Let the staff assign you your place and observe the distance rules.
• Have your consumption written to your room or pay by card - contactless if possible.
